FLUNK – “4 FIRST DATES” VIMEO CODE GIVEAWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Lilydale Films Pty Ltd (“Flunk”), Australia.
  2. Promotion Period
    The competition opens on the date it is first announced and closes at 11.59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the specified closing date announced in the promotional post (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over, worldwide.
    Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible.
  4. How to Enter
    During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
    • Visit the official Flunk website and complete the online entry form.
    • Provide their name and a valid email address.
    • Answer the question (25 words or fewer): “Who is your favourite Flunk character and why?”

Only one entry per person.

  1. Prizes
    There are 10 prizes in total.
    Each prize consists of one (1) Vimeo rental code to watch the new Flunk movie 4 First Dates.
    The total prize pool is valued at AUD $250.
  2. Judging and Winner Selection
    This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part.
    Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and sincerity.
    Judging will occur within 7 days of the Promotion Period ending.
    The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted via the email address supplied in their entry within 7 days of judging.
    If a winner does not respond within 5 days, the promoter may award the prize to another entrant.
  4. Prize Delivery
    Vimeo codes will be sent electronically to the winners’ email addresses.
    Winners are responsible for any internet, data, or platform access costs associated with viewing the film. You may need to register for a Vimeo account to rent the film.
  5. Entry Content
    By entering, participants confirm that their answer is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
    Entrants grant the promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their entry for promotional purposes, including social media, with credit where reasonable.
  6. Privacy and Mailing List
    Personal information is collected solely for administering this competition and for email communications from the promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. The promoter’s privacy policy applies.
  7. General
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    • The promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing entry.
    • The promoter may amend or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Acceptance
    Submitting an entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
