The morning after Brayden’s party leaves almost everyone dealing with consequences.
Ingrid is terrified of returning to school after what happened, and the humiliation only gets worse when Brayden refuses to let things go. Celeste tries to defend her, but every confrontation seems to deepen the divide between three people who were once close friends.
Saffron wakes up to a furious — and frightened — Mila, who believes Heidi is responsible for the changes she’s seeing in her daughter. Heidi insists the opposite is true and finally confronts Mila about the pressure she puts on Saffron. But when an adult decides that Heidi’s living situation can no longer be ignored, the consequences threaten to separate the girls completely.
Meanwhile, Ingrid begins questioning whether staying in Lilydale is actually good for her. With school, Brayden and her relationship with Celeste all becoming sources of anxiety, the possibility of getting away starts looking less like running away — and more like survival.
By the time everyone realises how serious she is, Ingrid may already have made her decision.
