Everyone claims they’re moving on. Not everyone is telling the truth.

Brayden throws himself back into single life and begins spending time with Kaylee, a laid-back classmate who seems refreshingly uncomplicated after everything with Celeste. But when the opportunity to take things further presents itself, Brayden discovers that being ready to date someone new and wanting to date someone new aren’t necessarily the same thing.

Ingrid and Celeste have similar problems. Their attempt at friendship quickly begins slipping back into something more, and Ingrid finds herself tempted by the possibility of a relationship they could simply keep secret.

Meanwhile, Saffron’s relationship with her mum grows increasingly strained. Mila’s discomfort around Heidi is becoming difficult to ignore, and an attempt to steer Saffron towards a very different kind of romantic future finally pushes her too far.

And when the school’s LGBTQIA club holds an election, the result leaves Celeste wondering how she managed to lose control of the one thing she thought was completely hers.
